CPH Executive


We have an exciting opportunity for several Classic Package Holidays Executives to join our Classic Package Holidays team.
The Classic Package Holidays Executive role is pivotal in helping our travel agent partners book and administer great value beach holidays for our customers. In this role, you will provide high levels of customer service, both pre and post booking, and help to deliver our ambition to become the UK’s leading B2B beach holiday retailer.

Worldwide Travel Consultant (Short-Haul & Long-Haul Specialists)


We have an exciting opportunity for several Worldwide Travel Consultants to join our Contact Centre team.
In this role, the Worldwide Travel Consultant draws upon their drive and aptitude for sales, alongside their passion for travel, to help deliver our ambition to become the UK’s leading business to business beach and multi-centre holiday retailer. These roles are now open nationally to homeworkers, and we offer flexible working for those within a 40 mile radius on our Worthing offices.

HR Business Partner


We’re embarking on an exciting period of growth here at Classic Collection Holidays and have a fantastic opportunity for an HR Business Partner to join our People Team as we grow and shape the business. We’re looking for someone with the drive and passion to be part of our journey, someone who has a strong generalist HR background and is comfortable working across the full spectrum of the colleague life cycle.

Internal Communications Officer


We’re on the lookout for a part-time Internal Comms Officer to support our growing business. The Internal Communications Officer will focus on our colleague communication and engagement as well as helping to drive awareness of our employer brand. We’re looking for someone who has internal comms experience, is creative, forward-thinking in their approach and shares our passion for making Classic Collection Holidays a great place to work. This is a part-time role, 3 days a week. We’re open to discussing working hours/arrangements.



As one of two designers, you will be focused on the production and development of our printed brochures, as well as a mix of other digital creative work including video, helping move our brands to the next level.

Senior CRM Executive


As Senior CRM Executive, you will be responsible for driving the retention strategy. Your main focus will be cleansing, nurturing and developing our database, improving the level of useable contacts, and executing industry-leading direct mail campaigns delivering ROI into the business. You will have support of the Email Marketing Executive on email strategy and day-to-day email marketing activity. You will also have direct access to an in-house designer.

Social Media Executive


As Social Media Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining our company’s social media networks, creating captivating content, monitoring user engagement and brand sentiment, and generating qualified leads into the business.

Product & Purchasing Manager – (Spain, Mainland and Balearics)


Reporting to the Senior Product & Purchasing Manager the main purpose of the role is to ensure we develop and deliver a clear product strategy for our destinations.

The Product & Purchasing Manager is responsible for the end to end contracting of allocated destinations, developing strong relationships with key suppliers and negotiating strong commercial terms in support of performance goals.

This role is accountable for the the overall performance of a destination, working collaboratively with multiple internal stakeholders to understand issues impacting performance and working jointly to address these.

Product & Purchasing Executive


We have an exciting opportunity for a dynamic and enthusiastic Product & Purchasing Executive to join our Product & Commercial team. Reporting to the Product & Purchasing Managers, this role is responsible for supporting product selection and negotiation, co-ordinating the end-to-end contracting progress, as well as working on wider activities that contribute to achieving destination performance goals.

I started my career as Virgin Cabin Crew, moving into the tour operator industry with Classic 7 years ago. I’ve had secondments in multiple teams and even moved up to Manchester to integrate our sister brand, Classic Package Holidays.
